Curry Madras

Originating in Southern India, this curry has a taste which is spicy and piquant. This coarse blend is best used in sauces, marinades, braises, and curry accompanied with vegetables and meat. Does not contain salt.

Ingredients: Cumin, Black Mustard Seeds, Cardamom Seeds, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Chili.
