Saigon Smoked Tea Rub
This Salt-Free rub includes the famous smoky flavor of Lapsang Souchong Tea leaves with notes of Pine. Combined with the smooth and subtle uses the pepper, ginger and anise, it leaves a lingering flavor. It also has the sweetness of cinnamon and orange peel delivers an exotic, bold flavor to be used in marinating any meat dish. Great on Ribs, Pork Loin, and Chicken.
